Consulting Projects Highlights

Looking back at 2023, I find myself inspired and energized by three groundbreaking milestones I supported achieving.

Ofir’s New Job Board Launch

Ofir's Homepage

Partnering with Ofir.dk, the leading job board in Denmark, we embarked on a mission to build a first-in-a-kind data-driven SEO and Google-Jobs-optimized career platform from scratch. Working alongside the engineering team, I had the chance to witness this vision unfold has been a standout experience. A massive shoutout to everyone at Ofir for their relentless drive and ingenuity!

The launch of Jobiqo AIR

Jobiqo has been a leader in job board software, constantly reshaping the industry. We took it to new heights this year. With Jobiqo AIR, the company became the first job board SaaS offering built-in programmatic job advertising with social media outreach. It feels like yesterday when Martin Lenz (CEO of Jobiqo) and I were sitting at a WeWork in London, drawing the concept of the product on a whiteboard.

Congratulations to the team on this groundbreaking achievement in just 6 months from concept to launch.

Workplace Diversity Relaunch

My team at Elevate HrTech and Jobiqo collaborated with Workplace Diversity to relaunch their job platform. The platform is built using Jobiqo’s software and utilizing my team’s job scraping services for over 150 companies. Workplace Diversity’s commitment to creating a dynamic and inclusive platform is admirable. Congratulations to the team for their dedication to diversity and innovation!

Together, we turned ambitious visions into tangible products and set new standards in our industry.

Each milestone is a testament to these teams' hard work, creativity, and vision. They are shared successes that remind me why I love what I do.

When I started writing on LinkedIn early this year, I had no expectations of impressions or likes. Writing was a way to organize my thoughts and help me prioritize what was necessary to validate some of my ideas.

I never thought that 600000 people would see my posts.

Here are my three most popular posts from 2023. Together, they got more than 200K impressions.

The topics in these posts were:

  1. AI-automated application tools will drive unqualified applicants
  2. Changes to the Google Core update and the impact on Google Jobs ranking
  3. New Google Jobs UX being tested
